If you will be attending a rescheduled date, your existing tickets and seats remain valid and we look forward to seeing you on the new date.
If you have requested a credit or refund, we will aim to action this within 7 days, but where staffing levels are reduced this may take longer to process. You will receive a confirmation email from us once this is completed. Please note that responses are monitoried for 28 days only. If you have responded to an email sent more than 28 days ago with a request for a refund or credit, please contact Box Office (01743 281281) to confirm your request.
