Over the last 25 years, Session A9 have earned their reputation as one of the best live bands in the country, adored by fellow artists and the wider public alike. 
 
The 7-piece band is Kevin Henderson, Adam Sutherland, Gordon Gunn and Charlie Mckerron on fiddles, David Robertson on percussion, Marc Clement on guitar and songs, and Brian Mcalpine on keyboards. Some are members of Capercaillie, The Nordic Fiddlers Bloc,  Deacon Blue, Treacherous Orchestra, The Grit Orchestra and The Celtic Fiddle Festival as well as others.  
 
Session A9 have gone on to record six albums, the most recent being The Magic Roundabout, which was nominated for Album of the Year at The Scottish Traditional Music Awards.
