LIVE AT SHREWSBURY CASTLE

We've teamed up with Shrewsbury International Comedy Festival to take our hugely popular Severn Jesters Comedy Club outdoors at Shrewsbury Castle for more al fresco fun this summer!

This is your chance to see some of the best fringe comedy under the sun!

MC MICHAEL LEGGE
Michael is a stand up, writer, actor, compere, improviser, warm-up and won the 2009 Chortle Best Off Stage Contribution for his blog, and the 2012 Sony Silver award winner for the on going podcast Do The Right Thing.

CHRIS WASHINGTON
Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Newcomer nominee, Chris returns to Shrewsbury after a sell out festival gig in 2019. If you like your comedy hard-hitting, boundary-pushing, genre-defying, jaw-dropping, eye-watering and Brexit-berating, then this is definitely not the show for you. However, if you fancy a laugh as a lad from Wigan tells you some funny stories for about an hour, buy a ticket and take the ride. As seen on Live from the BBC (BBC One) and Jason Manford tour support.

'A mainstream comedy star in the making' Chortle

NOEL JAMES
An experienced, very original, comedian from Swansea, Wales, who has played – and often headlined – most comedy clubs in the UK. Surreal, bizarre, absurd, intelligent, and yet, somehow strangely attractive.

RACHEL JACKSON
Rachel is an Edinburgh native with a quick mind and a sharp tongue. She has made somewhat of a name for herself in Scotland and is renowned for her fearless style and candid yet loveable demeanour.
