Following our full re-opening, it was difficult and slightly daunting to predict how quickly theatres could bounce back.

 

We have been truly overwhelmed by the response here. Since July, we have welcomed nearly 30,000 visitors through our doors again, and an additional 4,000 people enjoyed the open-air season of theatre and comedy at Shrewsbury Castle. We have been hugely grateful for your support and we are so happy to be welcoming audiences again.

The season ahead brings us highlights such as hit musical Blood Brothers, and the return of our hugely successful pantomime which we all missed so much last year. Tickets are selling fast too.

 

Our sister venue, the Old Market Hall Cinema & Café Bar is also open again and ready to bring you an exciting film programme.

Got tickets for a rescheduled date?

With so many events moving to new dates, it can be easy to lose track. You can find a full list of programme alterations via the link below. Alternatively, you can search for any rescheduled events via the search box at the top of this page.

VIEW ALL PROGRAMME ALTERATIONS


Where any events are rescheduled or cancelled, ticketholders will be offered the following options:

  • Retain your tickets where events are rescheduled. Existing tickets will remain valid.

  • Request an account credit.

  • Alternatively, a full refund is available. 


Refund or credit is available for 28 days only after notification of a rescheduled date, after which standard terms and conditions will resume and tickets will become non-refundable except in the following circumstances where an account credit is available to any member of your party affected:

  • You or a member of your party tests positive for Coronavirus and is instructed to self-isolate.

  • You or a member of your party is unwell or displaying any symptoms of Coronavirus
