What is the run time?
Dick Whittington and His Cat will run for 2h 30m, this includes a 20m interval.
Can I purchase merchandise/a souvenir programme?
Show merchandise and souvenir programmes can be purchased before the show and during the interval. Programmes can be purchased from the Box Office, selected kiosks and from stewards on the doors to the auditorium. Merchandise will be available to purchase from our merchandise stand on Stalls level.
Will my bags be searched on entry?
Bag checks may be conducted upon arrival to ensure the safety and security of our audiences. Please be prepared for this and aware that the following items are prohibited: glass, metal, food & drink, sharp objects, illegal substances and larger bags such as rucksacks or suitcases. Small, clear, plastic bottles containing water only, are permitted.
Do you have a cloakroom?
The cloakroom is located next to the Box Office on the ground floor. Costs are £1 per item, payment can be made at the Box Office.
Where is the nearest car park?
Parking is available in Frankwell car park, next to Theatre Severn and is FREE after 6pm. To avoid late arrival, please allow extra time and consider alternative car parks or transport during busy periods such as peak Christmas shopping times.
What happens if Frankwell car park is closed due to flooding?
All ticketholders will be contacted via email as soon as we are notified of any closures of the Frankwell car park. Please also keep a look out for updates on our website for further news.
Do you have booster seats?
We have a limited number of booster seats available which are allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis. Booster seats are available to pick up at the merchandise stand, located on the Stalls level.
What time shall I arrive?
We advise audiences arrive in good time before the scheduled performance start time. Doors usually open 30 minutes before the show starts.
What time do the bar and kiosks open?
Chapel Bar, Circle Bar and all kiosks will open one hour before the performance start time.
How do I get a shout out during the performance?
Please email your shout out request to mail@theatresevern.co.uk with your performance date/time and information on who the shout out is for. Please be aware we cannot guarantee all requests will be successful.
What are the Box Office opening hours over Panto season?
Phone Service:
Monday to Friday: 10am - 6pm.
Saturday: 12pm - 4pm.
Sundays and Bank Holidays: No phones.
Christmas Eve and New Years Eve: 10am - 2pm.
Counter Service:
For schools performances: Open 1 hour before the first morning show.
Saturday: Open 1 hour before the first performance and closes 15m after the last show.
Sundays and Bank Holidays: Open 1 hour before the show and closes 15m after.
Christmas Eve and New Years Eve: Open 1 hour before the show and closes 15m after the last show.
